We bring claims arising from an unlawful loss of property. We solve any issues associated with ownership, including violation of property rights. We represent our clients in investment and construction processes, starting with the acquisition of real estate through investments, settlements between the participants of the construction projects to actual issues related to the use of the property. We advise on construction projects, we prepare all types of agreements related to investment, design and construction work, subcontracting agreements, agreements with developers as well as we negotiate on behalf of our clients preceding the conclusion of above-mentioned agreements. We deal with disputes with regards to the investment process and construction, and if necessary, we assert rights of our clients by going to trial. Finally, we draft lease agreements and real estate purchase agreements.
